Project Happiness - Ethan’s Days of Happiness
Ethan is our Co-founder and Head of Operations. His wife, ZZ (our co-founder and Creative Director)
is his main source of happiness.
Aw, so sweet!
1. What is happiness?
Happiness is all about being able to stay positive and content. It is about celebrating the small wins of finding the silver lining in less than ideal situations.
快樂就是保持積極和滿足，所有一切都值得慶祝
2. Why is happiness important to you?
為什麼快樂對妳來說很重要?
I believe that happiness is contagious.
When you are happy, the people around you are infected with that joy too!
I love to work with happy and positive people because they are more interesting and fun to be around.
Somehow, they seem to be more productive too because they always try to find good in the things they do.
Looking at unhappy faces makes my days dull so I try to stay away from individuals who are overly negative.
快樂是會傳染的，當你快樂時，
你周圍的人也會被快樂的氣氛包圍。
我喜歡和快樂積極的人一起工作，
因為這會讓事情變得更加有趣。
你可以發現他們會從工作中找到樂趣，
團隊作業變得更加有效率。
看著不開心的臉會讓我的日子變沉悶，
會盡可能的與太過消及的人保持距離。
3. WHAT OR WHO MAKES YOU HAPPY?
什麼樣的人事物會讓妳開心?
My wife ZZ makes me happy (I have to say this right? Hahahaha)!
Before we got married, we were in a long distance relationship because she was based in Taiwan, while I was here in Singapore. I treasure every single moment with her when I had the opportunity to fly to Taiwan,
but of course it was never enough.
Now that we are blissfully married, she is still my greatest joy in life, and her being in Singapore makes me even happier.
Well, they always say “ happy wife, happy life”
so I guess that applies to me too
(guys, chop guarantee this is true so try not to make your wife upset).
我的快樂來自於我的另一半 ( 哈哈哈一定要這樣說吧 XD )
我們認識的時候彼此在不同的國家生活，
見面相處的時刻非常快樂，
(當然這還不夠)婚後另一半依舊是我的快樂來源 。
有一句話說 "快樂的老婆=快樂的生活" 兄弟們，
相信我! 這是真的(拍胸!)(笑)
4. HOW DO YOU STAY HAPPY?
如何在生活中保持快樂？
Getting enough rest and sleep
(which I am lacking recently, lol),
spending time with my closest friends and family,
enjoying home cooked meals, travelling (ahh don’t we all miss this),
and savouring a cold, crispy pint of beer
(ok, maybe pints. Don’t let ZZ know. hahaha).
;)
有足夠的休息及睡眠能夠讓我感覺到放鬆
(但是最近工作生活失衡中XD)
跟朋友和家人相處的時候也能讓我感覺到快樂
(順便一題:吃到好吃的家常菜讓我感受到特別幸福)
當然如果能夠喝到又冰又冷的啤酒...(完了!不要被ZZ發現)
