Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by default. All charges will be billed in SGD during checkout.
We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Orders
All orders are final once they have been processed.
Once the order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to cancel your order.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.

Shipping
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from Singapore. During festive seasons, sale events or new collection launch, processing time might take slightly longer.
All A KIND OOOF orders are exquisitely packaged with love from Singapore.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an acknowledgement email. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to your email once the item has been despatched.
Delivery within Singapore:
Delivery takes 3-5 business days and is trackable once shipped. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday (9.00 am to 10.00 pm), excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays.
Delivery outside of Singapore:
Delivery takes 5-10 business days (estimated) and is trackable once shipped. Delivery is sometimes delayed due to customs clearance which is unfortunately out of our control.
Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Boxes, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.
Currently we ship to 17 countries which include, Australia, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

We ship all Singapore orders through delivery service provider, J&T Express. J&T Express delivers islandwide, except restricted zones which can be found here.
All international orders will be shipped by delivery service provider, FedEx and Ninja Van.
Singapore: We now offer Free Local Standard Delivery (3 to 5 Business Days) with a minimum purchase of S$80. Delivery fee will be S$4.50 if purchase below S$80. Delivery are from Monday to Saturday (9am-10pm), excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays. In the event if you are not available to received the parcel, the driver will fail the delivery and this will trigger a rescheduling email to you.
Malaysia: We now offer Free Standard Shipping by Ninja Van (5 to 10 Business Days) with a minimum purchase of S$80. Delivery fee will be S$4.50 if purchase below S$80.
International: Delivery by FedEx International Economy® (5 to 10 Business Days) from Singapore.

We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast, affordable and reliable shipping.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Once an order is given to the carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and A KIND OOOF is no longer liable. A KIND OOOF is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of Singapore. Duties /Taxes on goods will vary according to your local tax system. We are unable to provide this information for you at checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. A KIND OOOF will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.
In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by you, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery will have to be borne by you.
If you refuse a shipment from A KIND OOOF, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

A SGD 4.50 shipping fee applies to orders below SGD 80.
Warranty, Exchange & Repairs
At A KIND OOOF, every piece is crafted to be worn and loved with confidence. To ensure your jewellery remains in its best condition, we offer the following after-care support:
- 7-Day Warranty
Within 7 days of purchase, we provide complimentary repair services for manufacturing-related issues, such as:
- Broken jump rings
- Faulty clasps
- Post-Warranty Repairs
After the 7-day warranty period, all repair requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Repair fees typically range from SGD 35 to SGD 50, depending on the condition and complexity of the repair.
Types of repair cannot be fixed:
- Snake chain
- Loss of diamonds / stones
- Loss of beads / broken beads necklaces
- We offer a 7-day exchange period from the date of purchase (exclude earrings).
- Exchanges are only applicable for items that are in brand-new condition, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
- Promotions and special contractual terms are not applicable to this exchange policy.
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value, or higher value, with a top-up payment required.
- Exchanges are kindly requested to be made in person at our retail store to ensure proper assessment of the item.
- Please send us an email at hello@akindooof.com (quote your order number with your enquiry and the image of defected product if any) within 3 days upon receiving the item, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- The company reserves the right to amend the contents and terms at its discretion.

We do not offer returns or refunds. In the unlikely event that your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong or missing), please send us an email at hello@akindooof.com (please quote your order number with your enquiry) within 3 days upon receiving the item, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If the item you receive does not match your order (incorrect or defective), please email hello@akindooof.com within 3 days of receiving the item (please provide the order number and a photo of the defective product). We will reply as soon as possible.
Promotions and special contractual terms are not applicable.
Returns must be confirmed and returned to us within 3 days (Singapore orders) or 7 days (International orders) of order fulfilment.
We recommend choosing a tracking-enabled shipping method. Please note that A KIND OOOF is not responsible for lost returned packages.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. Items found to be used, damaged, or otherwise not in their original condition will not be accepted. Items received in non-compliant condition or lost in transit will be refused. A KIND OOOF will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The company reserves the right to amend the contents and terms at its discretion.
