Caring for your jewellery
Each A KIND OOOF jewellery piece is meticulously selected and crafted masterfully from 925 sterling silver, gold, silver plated brass, and other hypoallergenic materials. Every precious piece of jewellery is handmade and is uniquely one of a kind.
Every trinket might differ slightly in colour, texture and tone from the pictures shown in this site due to the difference in calibration/resolution of your screen.
Any oxidation on the jewellery may be removed with a silver polishing cloth (non-abrasive type to avoid scratching). Do not use the polishing cloth on gold or silver plated jewellery as the polishing action will strip away the plating. Instead, clean your plated jewellery with a cotton ball or a soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Use a soft jewellery cloth to help restore shine.
Proper care is the key.
To maintain the beauty of your jewellery, remove them before stepping into the shower, or for a swim at the pool or beach. Avoid contact with any perfume or makeup, and keep your jewellery at a dry and cool place at all times.
When you purchase an earring from us, an alcohol swab will be provided. You can use it to do a simple cleaning on the earring post or earwire.
Store each piece of jewellery in the airtight zipper bag provided to prevent oxidation.
Proper care is the key. As a general rule, your jewellery should always be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you take off when you reach home.
