TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BACKORDER ITEMS

Backorder for this item will be open from now till 31 August 2021. 

Please note that this item will take approximately 7-14 business days to craft.

Cancellation of preorder item orders are not applicable.

In the event when a backorder cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made back to you in a form of A KIND OOOF store credits (a discount code will be generated for your use).

In the event where you have placed an order that consists of both instock and backorder item, the order will only be sent out when the preorder item is ready. If you would like to request for instock order items to be mailed out first, kindly place a separate order for the backorder items.

An update will be sent via email when the backorder item is ready, and prepared to be shipped.
