Backorder Policy - My Favourite Petit Flora Tote

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BACKORDER ITEMS

Backorders for this item will be open from now till 30 June 2021 and mailed out during the 1st week of August 2021.

Cancellation of backorder item orders are not applicable.

In the event when a backorder cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made back to your original mode of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

In the event where you have placed an order that consists of both instock and backorder items, the order will only be sent out when the backorder item arrives. If you would like to request for instock order items to be mailed out first, kindly place a separate order for the backorder items

An update will be sent via email when the backorder item has arrived, and prepared to be shipped.
