Backorder Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BACKORDER ITEMS

Backorders are only opened for selected items, and will be available during a stipulated time.

Items on backorders will take about 7 – 14 business days to reach you (from the date of backorder closure).

Cancellation of backorder item orders are not applicable.

In the event when a backorder cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the backorder item(s) will be made back to you in a form of A KIND OOOF store credits (a discount code will be generated for your use).

In the event where you have placed an order that consists of both instock and backorder items, the order will only be sent out when the backorder item arrives. If you would like to request for instock order items to be mailed out first, kindly place a separate order for the backorder items

An update will be sent via email when the backorder item has arrived, and prepared to be shipped.
