VIP Silver
Spend a total of SGD 500, unlocking 6% OFF all purchases on our webstore and at our retail shop.

VIP Gold
Spend a total of SGD 1000, unlocking 10% OFF all purchases on our webstore and at our retail shop.

VIP Platinum
Spend a total of SGD 2000, unlocking 12% OFF all purchases on our webstore and at our retail shop.

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of membership tier upgrade.

VIP Silver
Spend SGD 500 within the membership year to maintain your tier for the following year.

VIP Gold
Spend SGD 1,000 within the membership year to maintain your tier for the following year.

VIP Platinum
Spend SGD 2,000 within the membership year to maintain your tier for the following year.

Tier Review & Downgrade Notice
Members will receive a 30-day notice period to meet the required spending threshold.
If the required amount is not met within this period, the membership tier will be adjusted down by one level.

All cleaning services are completed within 3 to 5 working days.

• AKO Points are loyalty rewards and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity may result in the removal of points without notice.
• In case of dispute, A KIND OOOF’s decision is final.

AKO Points are our way of saying thank you for being part of our community. They can be redeemed for vouchers and used to enjoy discounts at checkout.

AKO Points remain valid throughout the active membership period. Unused points will be retained even if a membership tier is downgraded or expires. A KIND OOOF reserves the right to adjust AKO Points rewards, eligibility, or usage conditions with prior notice.

• Customers earn 1 AKO Point for every S$1 spent.
• AKO Points are credited after a successful purchase.
• AKO Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

AKO Points may be redeemed on eligible purchases and can be used together with your membership discount or Birthday Vouchers.

However, only one AKO Points reward may be applied per transaction, and a minimum purchase requirement must be met.

AKO Points rewards are not applicable to workshops, courses, or services, special or limited-edition drops as specified, gift cards, shipping fees, or 916 infinity gold jewellery.

AKO Points may be used as a reward on eligible purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• AKO Points may be used together with your membership discount.
• Only one AKO Points reward may be used per transaction.
• AKO Points can only be used when the minimum purchase amount is met.

Current AKO Points Rewards

• 100 Points → $1 OFF on minimum spend of $120
• 200 Points → $3 OFF on minimum spend of $300
• 300 Points → $4.50 OFF on minimum spend of $450
• 400 Points → $6 OFF on minimum spend of $600

(Rewards cannot be split or combined within the same transaction.)

• Birthday reward vouchers may be used together with AKO Points, unless otherwise stated.
• Birthday reward vouchers cannot be used together with member discounts when used together with AKO Points.
• Special promotional vouchers cannot be used together with AKO Points, unless otherwise specified.
• During storewide promotions or special campaigns, AKO Points usage may be limited or temporarily unavailable.
