1. Punctuality & Grace Period

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

A 10-minute grace period will be provided.

If you arrive later than the grace period, the workshop duration may be shortened, or your turn may be skipped if another booking is waiting.
2. Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows
-
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Changes to date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
3. Workshop Credit (Cancellation Only)

In the event of an approved cancellation, workshop credit may be held for up to 3 months, subject to availability and scheduling.

Workshop credits are non-transferable, may only be used by the original participant, and cannot be extended beyond the stated validity period.
4. Booking & Participation

Each workshop booking is valid for one participant only.

If you are attending with friends or family, individual bookings are required for each participant.

Parental guidance is required for children under the age of 12.
5. Pricing & Discounts

Workshops are not eligible for membership discounts, promotional offers, or ongoing campaigns.

All discounts are not applicable to workshops.
6. Workshop Duration & Flow

The workshop duration is approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on session flow and group size.

Participants are required to follow the instructor's guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Frame the Moment Tin Foil Workshop

The workshop duration is approximately 75 - 90 minutes, depending on session flow and group size.

7. Workshop Materials & Finished Pieces
Knock Knock Stamping Workshop

Each participant will receive one 925 silver pendant, finished with a complimentary cord necklace or bracelet.

Upgrades to a 925 silver chain are available at an additional cost.

Each pendant becomes a one-of-a-kind piece through your own stamping.
Every mark you make is perfect in its own way.
As each piece is uniquely created by you, no replacement or remake services are provided.
Frame the Moment Tin Foil Workshop

Each participant will receive two pieces of tin foil for sculpting, along with a photo to attach to the tin foil frame.

An optional add-on of an exclusive wooden photo frame is available at S$30 each, which can be purchased on the day of the workshop.

Each tin foil frame becomes a one-of-a-kind piece through your own creativity and design. Every trace you make is perfect in its own way.

No replacements or remakes will be provided, as each piece is uniquely created and completed during the workshop, making every outcome one of a kind.

While we will do our best to accommodate, all requests are subject to availability and on-site conditions.

10. Safety & Responsibility

Basic safety instructions will be provided at the start of the workshop.

Participants are required to follow all safety guidelines during the session.

A KIND OOOF is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the workshop space.
11. Right of Final Decision

A KIND OOOF reserves the right to make the final decision on all workshop-related matters, including scheduling, safety considerations, and operational adjustments.
