Preorder Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PREORDER ITEMS

Preorders are only opened for selected items, and will be available during a stipulated time.

Items on preorders will take about 7 – 14 business days to be crafted and ready to ship out.

Cancellation of preorder item orders are not applicable.

In the event when a preorder cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the preorder item(s) will be made back to you in a form of A KIND OOOF store credits (a discount code will be generated for your use).

In the event where you have placed an order that consists of both instock and preorder items, the order will only be sent out when the preorder item arrives. If you would like to request for instock order items to be mailed out first, kindly place a separate order for the preorder items

An update will be sent via email when the preorder item has arrived, and prepared to be shipped.
