Are the rings exchangeable?
To ensure that your ring order fits well, we strongly advise you to use our ring size guide before placing your order. In the unlikely event your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong or missing), please send us an email at hello@akindooof.com (please quote your order number with your enquiry) within 3 days upon receiving the item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How to measure my 925 silver ring size accurately?
Loop a piece of string snugly around your finger to find out your ring size. Measure the string with a ruler and then compare your measurement to our provided ring size chart.

How do I maintain/clean my 925 silver rings?
Maintain your hypoallergenic 925 silver rings well by storing them inside an airtight container or ziplock bag. This slows down the oxidation process so that your rings retain their elegant shine for the longest time possible. It’s also good to regularly clean your rings with a polishing cloth to bring back their sparkle!

Why do some rings cause my fingers to itch/swell?
You might be allergic to a certain metal present in your ring. Hypoallergenic 925 silver rings are less likely to cause allergic reactions, so they are totally perfect for daily wear.
