Life is short, so it is important to stay happy and positive!
How do you stay happy?
Here are 3 of our happiness fixes:

人生就只有一次,選擇開心和正面是很重要的事情,
分享3個保持快樂的小訣竅~

1. Enjoy the little things in life


Hey, enjoy the little things that come along in life!
Try not to take things too seriously,
and always remind yourself that it is not worth
spending more than 5 minutes being affected by an issue
if it is not going to matter in the next 5 years.
So if you cannot win over the situation,
face it head on, tackle the issue and you’ll ultimately feel better 💪🏻.

試著活在當下,享受生活中的每一件小事情
不要花時間去煩惱那些不會影響到未來的事情
如果真的沒有辦法忽略,就拿出勇氣面對並且想辦法解決!
人生就一次,與其原地踏步不如大膽往前,對吧😊




2. Keep the happy endorphins coming


Did you know that exercising boosts one’s mood?
When you work out, your body releases feel-good endorphins,
making your mind and body feel more relaxed,
and ultimately, you feel happy!

來製造一些腦內啡吧~妳知道運動可以讓提升情緒嗎?
當妳在鍛鍊的過程會分泌一種叫做腦內啡的賀爾蒙,
會讓人感覺良好,減輕壓力、緊張,還能提升睡眠品質喔~
對!運動就是這麼神奇~別再找藉口了,今天就開始試試看吧(笑)




3. Spend some (or more) time dreaming ;p

We all know that sleep is important.
Who tends to feel grouchy
if they do not get a good night’s sleep (*raise hands)?
Did you know that if you are deprived of rest,
stress levels also tend to increase?
Sleep in when you can, and put the alarm clock aside
so that you get ample rest. For us,
even the thought of going to bed knowing that
we can sleep for as long as we want makes us happy. :p

我們都知道睡眠很重要
睡不好的時候常常會有小脾氣(舉手承認)
睡不好會讓壓力指數上升
今晚就立刻把鬧鐘丟到一邊
好好的休息,睡到自然醒~
既使只是睡覺,能夠沒有壓力的睡眠
也是非常快樂的一件事情:P

沒有什麼事情是睡一覺沒辦法解決的
如果有就再多睡一下XD
